Every idea has an inherent minimum and maximum worth.
My approach to charging for the ideas that your organization chooses to implement, or not, is this.
- The revenues of your organization establish the value of the ideas because the larger your revenue, the greater the likely value of the ideas I propose.
- The smaller your organization, the more likely it is that you do not have internal expertise to uncover the ideas I’ll deliver.
- The larger your organization, the more likely it is that teams are stumped searching for improvements that will lead to cost savings and to increased revenues.
